1. Ruturaj Gaikwad (CSK): Ruturaj Gaikwad carried his last year's form in the first match against Gujarat Titans. The 27-year-old played a sublime knock where the other batters had a hard time.

His inning oozed class as the batter showed a picturesque demonstration of impeccable timing and placement. And he will fancy himself to continue his merry run in front of their vibrant home crowd.

2. KL Rahul (LSG): KL Rahul's struggle to score runs continued as the batter failed in the first match against Delhi Capitals. But the LSG skipper is a consistent performer in the IPL and has been a heavy scorer in the last few years.

His record against CSK is also pretty impressive as the batter has scored 435 runs at a strike rate of 142 against MS Dhoni's men.
