Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni has been a stalwart of the game. The CSK skipper has been a mainstay for the franchise since its inception and reached a stellar milestone in the IPL 2023 Final on Monday (May 29).
Dhoni's CSK are playing Guajrat Titans in the final of IPL 2023 at the Narendra Modi stadium on Monday. The four-time IPL champions are aiming to win their 5th title and gift their potentially retiring captain a fantastic farewell gift.

And in the Final, MS Dhoni reached a mammoth milestone in T20 cricket. The 41-year-old became the first Indian to complete 300 dismissals in T20 cricket.
Dhoni completed a swift stumping to dismiss Shubman Gill in the 7th over of the match. Ravindra Jadeja picked up the wicket and the CSK captain entered his name in the 300 club, the first Indian to do so in T20 cricket.
After this, Dhoni also completed a catch to dismiss Wriddhiman Saha in Deepak Chahar'w bowling, thus taking his catch/stump tally to 301 in T20 cricket.
The former India captain has made 296 dismissals as a wicket-keeper, while he also completed 5 catches as an outfielder.
Dhoni also holds the record for the most IPL dismissals by a wicketkeeper, with 180 dismissals to his name, which consists of 138 catches and 42 stumpings.
