Ahmedabad, May 6: Gujarat Titans (GT) will host Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in match 51 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday (May 7).
Hardik Pandya-led GT will look to carry on their winning momentum after securing their seventh win of the season, while Krunal Pandya-led LSG will look to bounce back after going on two-match winless run.

In the recent outings, GT defeated Rajasthan Royals by 9 wickets in Jaipur. The Ahmedabad-based side bounced back from a home loss to Delhi Capitals. Their record this season stands at 7 wins and 3 defeats.
LSG, on the other hand, had to share the points with Chennai Super Kings after the match was abandoned due to rain. Before that, LSG had suffered an 18-run loss at home to Royal Challengers Bangalore in a low-scoring match.
The reverse fixture between LSG and GT in Lucknow earlier this season was also a low-scoring thriller as Gujarat defended 135 against the Lucknow-based side in their own backyard.
This will be the fourth meeting between the debutants from last season in IPL. LSG beat GT thrice last season. This will also be the first meeting between the two sides at the Narendra Modi Stadium, which hosts it's sixth IPL 2023 match.
