As the IPL is closing to its conclusion, we have already seen records shattered left, right and centre this season. And with the growing influence of batters, we have seen players scoring centuries in T20 cricket more often than ever.

This IPL season has already seen 11 centuries, which is already three more than any of the previous seasons. RCB and India stalwart Virat Kohli has amassed two centuries, whereas Gujarat Titans batter Shubman Gill also completed consecutive centuries this season.
Gujarat Titans batter Shubman Gill has scored the highest individual score so far this season. The stylish opener scored 129 runs off just 60 balls against Mumbai Indians in the Qualifier 2. Gill has scored 3 centuries so far in IPL 2023, the most by a player this season.
Rajasthan Royals opener Yashasvi Jaiswal has scored the second-highest individual score so far this season. The southpaw amassed 124 off just 62 balls against Mumbai Indians, which is the highest score till date. Apart from Jaiswal's hundred, all of the other 10 centuries have seen a batter score maximum of 104 runs.
