The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium, established in 2003, is situated in in the city of Dharamsala in the Kangra district, and is considered as one of the most beautiful cricket grounds in the world for it's picturesque surrounding.
HPCA Stadium, which hosted it's first international match ten years after it's establishment in 2013, has so far hosted 1 Test, 4 One Day Internationals, 10 T20 Internationals and 9 Indian Premier League matches.

The venue is currently home to the Indian cricket team, the Himachal Pradesh state team and the IPL franchise Punjab Kings, who host few of their home matches at the HPCA Stadium.
BCCI has announced Dharamsala's HPCA Stadium as one of the 12 venues that will host the matches of IPL 2023. The venue in Dharamsala along with PCA Stadium in Mohali is scheduled to host the home matches of Punjab Kings in the 2023 season.
While Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) stadium will play hosts to two matches in May, PCA Stadium in Mohali will host five home matches of Punjab Kings, including the opener on April 1 against Kolkata Knight Riders.
