IPL 2023: John Cena's instagram post for MS Dhoni Chennai Super Kings' (CSK) matchday has gone viral. The Dhoni-led four-time champions are taking on five-champions Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Chepauk in Chennai on Saturday.

A picture of Dhoni waving his hands in front of his face like Cena's famous 'You can't see me' act went viral during CSK's last match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). The incident took place in the sixth over when spinner Maheesh Theekshana appealed for an LBW dismissal.

However, umpire Anil Choudhary remained unmoved as Theekshana turned towards Dhoni for a DRS. An unconvinced Dhoni while trying to convey that he could not see anything from behind the stumps ended waving his hand in front of his face - just how Cena does during his 'You Can't see me' act.

The former WWE champion shared the same picture of the 41-year-old star ahead of the CSK versus MI clash to create a major social media buzz. The picture has got over 4 lakh likes and 12000 comments in just four hours.

A shocked fan commented, "John Cena also watches IPL?" While JioCinema wrote, "You 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘦 him in action today for free, only on #JioCinema."

CSK won the toss and opted to bowl first in Chennai. They have restricted Mumbai to 139/8 in 20 overs. Rohit Sharma was dismissed for another duck after falling in Dhoni's trap in the third over of the match.

Nehal Wadhera top-scored for Mumbai with 64 off 52. Deepak Chahal and Tushar Deshpande picked two wickets each, while Matheesha Pathirana picked three wickets for just 15 runs in four overs.

Dhoni, who is seemingly playing in his last IPL season, has led CSK beautifully so far. The third-ranked team of one of the top contenders to qualify for the play-offs.
