KKR vs PBKS: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Monday. In the first match between the two sides, Punjab had lost to Kolkata by seven runs (DLS method).

KKR are eighth in the ten-team points table with four wins and six loses. They won their last match against Sunrisers Risers Hyderabad (SRH) by five runs. Punjab, on the other hand, are seventh with five wins and as many defeats. Mumbai defeated them by six wickets in the last match.

Nitish Rana: Kolkata Knight Riders captain Nitish Rana has scored 275 runs in 10 matches at an average of 27.50 and a strike rate of 149.45. The southpaw has scores of 42, 4 and 48 in his last three innings.

Earlier this season, he scored 24 off 17 against Punjab in Mohali. In 13 matches against Punjab, Rana has scored 233 runs at an average of 21.18 and a strike rate of 145.62.

Venkatesh Iyer: Eyes will be on the southpaw who has managed to score 0, 20, 31, 11 and 7 after scoring a brisk hundred against Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium. In 10 matches, he has scored 303 runs at an average of 30.30 and a strike rate of 149.26.

The 28-year-old scored 34 off 28 in the away match against Punjab this season. Overall, he has played three matches against PBKS and scored 104 runs at an average of 34.66 and a strike rate of 123.80.

Shikhar Dhawan: The southpaw is the leading run-scorer for his side. In the seven matches so far this season, he has scored 292 runs at an average of 58.40 and a strike rate of 148.97. Two fifties have come off his bat this season.

In his first outing against KKR this season, he scored 40 runs off 29 balls. Overall, he has scored 850 runs in 30 matches at an average of 29.31 and a strike rate of 118.05.

Liam Livingstone: The hard-hitting England batter has played five matches this season and scored 157 runs at an average of 39.25 and a strike rate of 163.54. In his last outing against Mumbai Indians, he blasted 82 not out runs off just 42 balls.

His innings consisted of seven four and four sixes. Livingstone has played two matches against KKR in the past and scored 25 runs at an average of 12.50 and a strike rate of 113.63.
