The IPL 2023 is entering the business end of the tournament for this season. From the initial Ten teams, only 4 teams will make the progress to the last four and the race for the playoffs is on big time.
With the final week of the league games to go, there are nine teams in contention for the playoffs and they all are tightly knitted and breathing against each other. As the intensity of the tournament carries forward to the final week, we are here to talk about the playoffs.

The IPL 2023 Playoffs will be played in Chennai and Ahmedabad. Chennai's MA Chidambaram Stadium will host the Qualifier 1 and Eliminator, while the Qualifier 2 and the Final will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Qualifier 1 - May 23 (Chennai)
Eliminator - May 24 (Chennai)
Qualifier 2 - May 26 (Ahmedabad)
Final - May 28 (Ahmedabad)
Chennai will host the first two playoff matches on May 23 and 24. The top two teams are set to play the Qualifier 1 on May 23. The 3rd and 4th placed teams will play the Eliminator the next day.
According to a report by The Indian Express, there won't be any counter or offline sales for the two matches in Chennai.
The spectators will have to buy the tickets through online portal or app as all the tickets will be sold online. BCCI are yet to release the tickets for the playoffs and we understand the tickets will be on sale tentatively around Wednesday (May 17).
The IPL 2023 playoff tickets are expected to be available on the BookMyShow app and website.
P.S. The online ticket availability is only for the playoff matches in Chennai. No details has emerged for the Ahmedabad matches.
