RCB vs GT, IPL 2023: 4 Bowlers Who Will Take Most Wickets In Today's Match

RCB vs GT: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Delhi Capitals (DC) at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Saturday. The match is the last league match of the IPL 2023 season.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) who have 14 points from 13 matches will have to win the match with a decent margin to ensure an IPL 2023 playoffs berth. Gujarat Titans (GT) are already the first team to qualify for the playoffs. They have 18 points from 13 matches.

As the two teams gear up to clash against each other for the first time in the IPL 2023, let's have a look at four players who can take most wickets in the match.

Rashid Khan: The Afghanistan leg-spinner is the joint highest wicket-taker for his team as well as the IPL 2023. He has picked 23 wickets in 13 matches at an average of 18 and an economy rate of 7.96.

Rashid has played 12 matches against RCB and picked 14 wickets at an average of 7.45 and an economy rate of 7.45. Rashid has played three IPL matches in Bengaluru and picked four wickets at an average of 20.50 and an economy rate of 8.20.

Mohammed Shami: The Indian pacer is also the joint highest wicket-taker for his team as well as the IPL 2023. He has picked 23 wickets in 13 matches at an average of 16.73 and an economy rate of 7.54.

Shami has played 12 matches against RCB and picked 14 wickets at an average of 29.28 and an economy rate of 9.17. Shami has picked four wickets at an average of 29.50 and an economy rate of 9.83 in three IPL matches at M Chinnaswamy.

Mohammed Siraj: The star India pacer is the leading wicket-taker for RCB. He has picked 17 wickets in 13 matches at an average of 20.17 and an economy rate of 7.45.

Siraj has played one match against GT and hasn't picked any wicket. He has picked a wicket each in his last two matches against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Rajasthan Royals (RR).

Harshal Patel: The right-arm pacer is the second-highest wicket-taker for his team at the moment. He has picked 13 wickets in as many matches at an average of 32.69 and an economy rate of 9.88.

RCB would be expecting their truster soldier to come all guns blazing in a crunch match. The fact that, he hasn't picked even one wicket in two matches against Gujarat Titans (GT), should also motivate Harshal to give his best.

At M Chinnaswamy, Harshal has played 22 IPL matches and picked 19 wickets at an average of 33.89 and an economy rate of 9.42.
