Rajasthan Royals have made a blistering start in their IPL match against Delhi Capitals on Saturday (April 8). Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler have provided the Royals with a stormy batting display.
Both Jaiswal and Buttler took the Delhi bowlers apart in the powerplay and created numerous records in the first six overs.

Rajasthan Royals batter Yashasvi Jaiswal gave them a perfect start in the first over. He started off with a boundary in the first ball of Khaleel Ahmed and then continued to hit five fours in the first over to yield 20 runs.
Then in the second over, Jos Buttler hit South African pacer Anrich Nortje for three boundaries as RR were 32/0 after 2 overs.
With eight fours, RR become the team with the highest runs all in boundaries since the start of an IPL inning.
In the entire powerplay, the Royals hit 14 fours - 9 of them came off Yashasvi Jaiswal's bat, while Jos Buttler hit the remaining 5 fours. The pair, incidentally though, didn't clear the fence once.
At the end of the powerplay, Rajasthan accumulated 68 runs without losing a wicket.
