IPL 2023 Toss update, RR vs DC: Delhi choose to bat as Buttler plays, Prithvi dropped
Rajasthan Royals are up against Delhi Capitals in their final home game in Guwahati on Saturday (April 8). The Royals have two points so far while Delhi are yet to open their account.
Rajasthan are taking on the Capitals in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday. Sanju Samson and his team would be aiming to leave Guwahati on a high while David Warner and his Capitals side need a win desperately.

Delhi Capitals captain David Warner won the Toss and chose to Field first.
"Hopefully, we can start well in the match. Marsh has gone home to get married and we have to play well without well. We have made four changes and it has changed our balance and we hope to have a good game here," Warner said.
RR captain Sanju Samson confirmed that Jos Buttler is playing the match for them.
"It looks a good wicket to bat on and it looks like to be a high-scoring game. With the impact rule coming in, we can balance the side. We can manage the games well, Jos Buttler is playing as well," the Rajasthan captain commented.

There have been changes aplenty in both teams. Rajasthan have dropped Devdutt Padikkal and the southpaw is not even on the Impact player list. We may see Murugan Ashwin bowl as he is on the Impact Player list.
Delhi, meanwhile have demoted Prithvi Shaw to the Impact Players list while Rovman Powell has replaced the just-married Mitchell Marsh. Manish Pandey has come into the first team while Ishant Sharma has made his way into the substitutes list.
