Chennai Super Kings have a couple of distinct driving forces which help them to win matches at Chepauk, according to former India bowler Zaheer Khan.
Chennai has been a fortress for MS Dhoni's team. The four-time IPL champions have always been a top team and have done tremendously well at the MA Chidambaram stadium. Their winning percentage at Chepauk is more than 70, which kind of depicts how dominant they have been at home.

And Zaheer Khan believes the CSK side have managed their good run of results with consistent performances based on two templates. He believes the 'pillars' of their success are - good spin bowling and the consistency of their openers.
It was again on show on Friday against Sunrisers Hyderabad as the spinners performed extremely well and restricted SRH to a modest score. Then the openers scored the majority of the runs to sail them to a comfortable win.
"CSK's fortress at home is built on two strong pillars - the success of their spinners and the consistency of their openers. That was again the template for their big win tonight," Zaheer wrote on Twitter after CSK's win over SRH.
CSK openers Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway have been heavy scorers for them this season.
Conway has scored 258 runs so far in 6 matches, while Gaikwad has amassed 235 runs playing same number of matches. The pair at the top has provided solid starts for the Chennai team in almost all the matches.
In terms of the spin bowling, the likes of Maheesh Theekshana and Ravindra Jadeja have starred for them.
Jadeja was instrumental again in their win over SRH on Friday as he picked up 3 wickets in the match. The left-arm spinner now has 9 wickets this season. Veteran England player Moeen Ali also has 6 wickets to his name.
Chennai Super Kings are currently 3rd in the IPL table with 8 points after six matches. They will be up against Kolkata Knight Riders in their next match on Sunday (April 23).
