IPL 2024 Auction: Harshal Patel emerged as the most expensive Indian player in the IPL auction 2024. He was bought for a whopping Rs 11.75 crore by Punjab Kings (PBKS).

A total of 72 players were sold at the auction held at Coca Cola Arena in Dubai. As many as 30 overseas players were in the list of 72 players sold. While foreign names including Mitchell Starc (Rs 24.75) and Pat Cummins (Rs 20.50 crore) made history by becoming the costliest ever players in the history of IPL.

However, Indian players including several uncapped players also fetched a lot of bucks. Here is the list of top ten most expensive Indian players in the IPL auction 2024.

• Shivam Mavi (Bowler): Rs 6.40 crore to Lucknow Super Giants (LSG)
• Shubham Dubey (Batter): Rs 5.80 crore to Rajasthan Royals (RR)
• Yash Dayal (Bowler): Rs 5 crore to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RR)
• Umesh Yadav (Bowler): Rs 5.80 crore to Gujarat Giants (GT)
• Shardul Thakur (Bowler): Rs 4 crore to Chennai Super Kings (CSK)
• Robin Minz (Wicketkeeper): Rs 3.60 cr to Gujarat Titans
