IPL 2024 Auction Players List: Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Travis Head and Pat Cummins among the players who have registered their names for the upcoming IPL Player auction.
A total of 1166 players - 830 Indians and 339 overseas stars - have registered their names for the auction in the list shared with the IPL franchises on Friday (December 1) with the bidding process set to take place on December 19 in Dubai.

Apart from Australian World Cup-winning quartet, other top performers at the tournament like New Zealand dup Daryl Mitchell and Rachin Ravindra are also among the 291 overseas players who have registered their names for the auction.
While there were reports of Sri Lanka spinner Wanindu Hasaranga, who has missed action from August, missing from the list, he is among the players with Rs 1.5 crore base price. Hasaranga was released by Royal Challengers Bangalore on November 26.
Among the 1166 players, 212 are capped, while 909 are uncapped, and 45 are from Associate players. The list is likely to be trimmed down in the coming days after the franchises make their selection for the final list.
The base prices start at Rs 2 Crore and then go down to Rs 1.50 Crore, Rs 1 Core, Rs 75 Lakhs, Rs 50 Lakhs, Rs 40 Lakhs, Rs 30 Lakhs and the lowest being Rs 20 Lakh.
Of the 830 Indian players, 18 are capped players and four of them have opted to register themselves at Rs 2 Crore with the remaining 14 opting for a Rs 50 Lakhs reserve price. Here is a look at some of the players who are in respective base prices:
Note: There are several more players in the Rs 50 Lakh base price category, while there are some that feature in the Rs 75 Lakh category like England's Olly Stone.
More names and base prices will be updated in due course as there are players from New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Netherlands, UAE, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Namibia, USA, West Indies and Zimbabwe, who have also registered their names for the auction.
