The IPL 2024 auction is taking place today (Tuesday, December 19) at the Coca-Cola arena in Dubai.
And ahead of the high-octane event, three international overseas players have withdrawn their name from the auction, while two Indian players have been added to the list.

England's Rehan Ahmed has withdrawn his name from the IPL 2024 auction. Two Bangladeshi players have also decided to withdraw themselves from the auction. Bangladesh pacers Taskin Ahmed and Shoriful Islam won't be a part of the auction.
South Africa pacer Nandre Burger, who made his international debut against India recently, has been changed from uncapped to capped in the IPL 2024 auction. His base price has also been revised from Rs. 20 lakh to Rs. 50 lakh in the auction.
Kushal Tambe, a 21-year-old player from Maharashtra has been added to the auction. Along with Tambe, 26-year-old Sahil Dhiwan, who plays his domestic cricket for Rajasthan has also been added.
