Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni hogged the limelight after he was spotted practicing with a bat featuring the “Prime Sports” sticker of his childhood friend’s sports shop. Well that’s not the only thing that grabbed our attention as he sported a vintage long-haired look.
This reminds us of the younger version of MS Dhoni, when he announced his arrival in the international scene with “bas bat”. The veteran has seemingly reached the final stages of his cricketing venture and might as well call it quits from the sport after IPL 2024.

More importantly, in the cricketer’s biopic, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Paramjit Singh, also known as Chotu Bhaiya’s role in Dhoni’s journey was neatly presented. This goes to show that the cricket fraternity will get to witness MS Dhoni’s endgame in IPL 2024, where he is expected to sign off his journey by promoting Paramjit Singh’s shop with a sticker on his bat.
The 42-year-old has played 250 games in the IPL, accumulating 5082 runs at an average of 38.8. Notably, he has hit as many as 24 half-centuries, wherein he registered his career-best score of an unbeaten 84* against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
