KKR vs SRH: Anil Kumble handpicks Four KKR stars who can lead them to 3rd IPL Title

Former India captain Anil Kumble has named a Kolkata Knight Riders quartet who can play a pivotal part for them in the IPL 2024 Final.

KKR are up against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2024 Final on Sunday. They have been the team in immense touch, and finished on top of the points table. With 10 wins in the 13 matches that they have played so far, the Knights are looking good ahead of the massive clash.

Although KKR haven't won the title in 10 years, this is a perfect opportunity for them to end the drought and lift their 3rd IPL crown. With a squad stacked with terrific players, Kumble picked four names who could be the game-changer for them.

During a chat with JioCinema, Kumble spoke about KKR's might across all departments. He named Rinku Singh, who can be a potential winner for them. Mitchell Starc, who showed his best self in the Qualifier 1 can make a huge impact, while the former India spinner heaped praises on KKR skipper Shreyas Iyer.

"KKR has been the all-round team, with the ball or with the bat. You name it, you have the players with Rinku Singh yet to chip in. When you have a side with explosive batters, a bowler like Starc who is coming into his form, we saw his impact in the last game and Shreyas Iyer. Even he has done exceptionally well as a captain, he has been calm and used his resources well. He got the best out of Russel and they have the firepower with both the bat and ball," Kumble said.

Andre Russell has been excellent with the ball this season, while his Caribbean teammate Sunil Narine has done severe damage with the bat. As the troops set for the ultimate battle, the stage is set for an exciting encounter at Chepauk on Sunday.
