From immortal WWE stars like The Rock, The Undertaker to modern heroes like Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes - Iyer is a follower of all WWE-related developments. Being a fan, the KKR batter also knows the entrance walks, moves of some of the wrestling stars.

During a podcast named Knights Dugout, the batter reignited the fan in him with some WWE skills on the set.

In Episode 4 of Knights Dug Out, the 30-year-old came along with KKR coach Chandrakant Pandit. He admitted WWE has been a part of his life since childhood and he got attracted by the storylines, despite knowing the angles are scripted.

"I like its for the storylines. I know it's fake but hate it when someone says it. Actually, I started when there was no social media. For the longest time, I used to believe that Undertaker came back to life after dying seven times. By the time I realized it was fake, I was too deep into the fandom and couldn't come out of it," Iyer said on the Knights Dugout podcast.

The player then attempted a choke slam on one of the set boys. He lifted the person up like The Undertaker style but then didn't drop him as it would have hurt that person.

The KKR star then also imitated the walking style of WWE star Roman Reigns and coach Chandrakant Pandit also followed suit in the same style.

The Kolkata team scripted a massive victory over Mumbai Indians on Friday, their first at the Wankhede after 12 years. They are now placed 2nd in the IPL 2024 points table with 14 points in ten matches.
