Chennai Super Kings veteran MS Dhoni holds the record for the longest six in IPL 2024, having hit a 118 meter maximum against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday (May 18).
Earlier, Dinesh Karthik had surpassed the distance held by Heinrich Klaasen, Nicholas Pooran and Venkatesh Iyer for the IPL 2024 longest six by clearing a 108 meters with his maximum at the same venue in Bengaluru.

Before that, Ishan Kishan and Andre Russell had topped the charts with 103 and 102 meters hit respectively. Jonny Bairstow of Punjab Kings smashed a 105 meter against KKR on Friday (April 26).
However, that longest hit distance may soon be breached with several other big-hitters, including Faf Du Plessis, who scored the longest six in IPL 2023 yet to get a fair crack.
So, the likes of Rovman Powell, Heinrich Klaasen and even Russell, who all have the power to clear most grounds, can takeover the top spot when they get the chance in the remaining matches. Here is a look at the IPL 2024 Top 10 Longest Sixes:
Unlike last season when the longest six was rewarded with a Rs 1 Lakh prize money in the post-match presentation ceremony, there won't be any award for the same in 2024 season.
