Kolkata Knight Riders scripted a dominating display in the Final of the IPL 2024 to win their third title.
The Knight Riders beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets in the Final at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai to end their decade-long quest for the silverware.

It was a surreal display from KKR in the Final, as they bundled out SRH for just 113 runs. Chasing a paltry total of 114, their batters showed their might by finishing off the match within 11 overs.
It was an emotional journey for many of the Kolkata Knight Riders stars. Shreyas Iyer rode a storm before returning to lead KKR in the IPL 2024. Gautam Gambhir returned to the franchise as a mentor, while the likes of Andre Russell and Sunil Narine had a pledge in mind to deliver for the franchise.
And the storylines of the Knights converged into one mantra, which was to win the IPL title. And as they accomplished the mission, it was a surreal feeling for the players. Andre Russell was in tears, Sunil Narine and Gautam Gambhir were lifting each other up - the scenes were like a Mutton Biryani to the Eye of all the Knight Riders faithful.
