Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who is one of finest swing bowlers in the current era, has been a consistent performer in the IPL for over a decade. The right-arm paceman is known for his ability to bowl pinpoint yorkers, deceptive knuckleballs.

CSK are well-known for valuing experienced players and Bhuvneshwar fits their philosophy perfectly. Having made 176 appearances in the IPL, the Meerut-born knows the tricks and trades of the game, much better than other fast bowlers.

CSK's think-tank is aware of the fact that the veteran pacer could keep the batters in check in the final overs, courtesy of his precise yorkers and deceptive variations. In an era where the batters have dominated the shortest format by smashing the bowlers at will, Bhuvneshwar has maintained an impressive economy of 7.56.

3. Lucknow Super Giants

LSG failed to qualify for the playoffs in the last season by finishing seventh on the table. They lacked depth in the bowling unit as they conceded plenty of runs in the group stage. However, this time, they retained Mayank Yadav and Mohsin Khan for 11 crore and 4 crore respectively.

If they manage to secure Bhuvneshwar Kumar's services, it would do them a world of good. He is one of the experienced assets whom LSG will look to target at the IPL 2025 mega auction, given his skills and experience. The veteran who is known for the knack for breaking partnerships, has taken a total of 181 wickets, including two fifers.
