IPL 2025 Mega Auction will see over a 200 plays go under the hammer as the teams look to assemble their squads during the two-day auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
A total of 577 players have made the final IPL Auction players list. Of the 577 players, 367 are Indian, while 210 are overseas, including four from associate nations. The auction will see 319 Indian uncapped players and 12 uncapped overseas players in contention.

The ten franchises were boosted with an addition Rs 20 Crore to their purse, taking the total purse to Rs 120 Crore. But not all teams will come in with a big purse, having used up funds for retention.
Also, with 204 slots, including 70 overseas, left to fill, expect it two busy days at the table for all the ten franchise as they look to build a squad for the next cycle of 2025-27 during the mega auction. Here is a look at the dates with timings of the IPL Mega Auction:
The IPL 2025 Mega auction will take place across two days, starting on Sunday (November 24) and then concluding on Monday (November 25) at the Abady Al Johar Arena in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The two-day auction is scheduled to begin at 1 PM local time on November 24 and November 25. Due to time difference, the bidding process will start at 3:30 PM IST. The late start is due to the India vs Australia Perth Test, which finishes at 3:20 PM IST.
There is no fixed time for what time the auction will end, but as per reports, the bidding process could conclude on both days - November 24 and November 25 around 10:30 PM IST.
Additionally, there could be short five to fifteen minute breaks during the auction process, allowing the franchises to restrategize taking into consideration their remaining slots and the most importantly the purse left to buy the desired players.
