A total of 574 players have made it to the final list for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 Mega Auction, scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia's Jeddah on November 24 and 25.
Among the 574 players, 366 are Indian and 208 including 3 Associate Nation players, are overseas. Also, the IPL Auction players list features players in the twilight of their careers and some who have just entered the big stage.

While there are three players that will be 40 plus in the auction, there will be at least fifteen teenagers who will be among the players to go under the hammer during the two-day bidding process.
Thirteen-year-old India U-19 cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi from Bihar is the youngest among the lot at Rs 30 lakh base price. He among several others will be turning a year older during the IPL 2025 season. But, here we take a look at the youngest players entering the auction:
1. Vaibhav Suryavanshi (India) - 13 years 7 months 28 days: The most youngest player ever to enter an IPL Auction, Vaibhav made his first-class debut for Bihar in January 2024 at the age of 12 years and 284 days, becoming the youngest Indian to make a first-class debut since 1986 and the second-youngest to ever feature in a Ranji Trophy game for Bihar.
He played for India U-19 in September in a youth Test against Australia in Chennai, where he smashed a 62-ball 104. His recent performances have also earned him a spot in the India Under-19 squad for the upcoming 2024 Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Under-19 Asia Cup.
2. Ayush Mhatre (India) - 17 years 4 months 8 days: The opening batter from Mumbai recently made noise for a splendid hundred in the Ranji Trophy just days after earning a India U-19 call up for the Under-19 Asia Cup.
The latest prodigy from Mumbai also recently received a call from the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for trials, which the youngester says is a dream opportunity for any aspiring cricketer.
3. Andre Siddarth (India) - 18 years 2 months 27 days: A middle order batter from Tamil Nadu, who stands at 6 feet 3 inches, is the third youngest player to enter the IPL Auction players list. The lanky batting wonder-kid has already featured in the Ranji Trophy.
Siddarth made his first-class debut earlier this year, scoring 294 runs at an average of 98 in five innings, and has since also earned himself a call up the the India U-19 squad for the upcoming Under-19 Asia Cup.
4. Kwena Maphaka (South Africa) - 18 years 7 months 16 days: The left-arm pacer from Johannesburg has made huge strides in his career from earning a Under-19 World Cup call up to being picked for the IPL.
Although he did not have a big impact in his stint with Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024 coming in as a replacement player, the pacer, who can clock 140kmph consistently, is back in the auction. He has already played for the South Africa senior team in T20Is.
5. Allah Ghazafnar (Afghanistan) - 18 years 8 months 4 days: The mystery spinner from Afghanistan has made headlines in recent months, turning up for the development teams and the senior national team.
The off-spinner Ghazafnar, who impressed during the Emerging Asia Cup earlier this year, has already played 8 One Day Internationals, claiming 12 wickets with his best figures of 6 for 26 coming against Bangladesh earlier this month.
Not all the teenagers are guaranteed of being picked at the auction, but these teenagers will definitely being playing at the top level in the next few years and could also be stars of IPL teams.
