Devon Conway's potential rejoining of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2025 mega auction has generated significant buzz among cricket fans and analysts alike.

Devon Conway however was swooped for a price of 6.25 crores. The best thing about the Conway rejoining CSK is that they reserved their RTM. Immediately, after buying the Kiwi opener, CSK then spilled a mere 3.4 crores for Rahul Tripathi in what is a steal buy. Minutes later, they used their RTM to capture Rachin Ravindra for a price of 4 crores.

Despite missing the entire 2024 season due to injury, Conway's past performances and his integral role in CSK's successes make him a prime candidate for retention. Reports indicate that CSK may retain up to six players before the auction, and Conway's consistent batting and ability to form strong partnerships at the top of the order further bolster his case for being kept on the roster.
