DC vs RR: In a match that will be remembered for its sheer drama and intensity, Delhi Capitals (DC) edged out Rajasthan Royals (RR) in a Super Over thriller after both teams posted identical scores of 188 in their respective innings.
The win keeps DC's campaign alive, while RR will rue missed chances and poor fielding in the final moments.

After being put in to bat, Delhi Capitals rode on impactful performances from young sensation Jake Fraser-McGurk (96 off 64) and a brutal finishing act from Tristan Stubbs (34 off 18)* and Axar Patel (34 off 14) to reach 188/5. The innings began with fireworks but also included a minor stutter with two quick wickets falling at 34. However, Rahul's aggressive 38 and late cameos ensured DC posted a competitive total.
RR's chase started steadily with Yashasvi Jaiswal (51 off 37) setting the tone. However, the game turned when skipper Sanju Samson was forced to retire hurt after a fluent 31, halting RR's momentum. Nitish Rana's blazing 51 off 28 brought them back into the contest, but DC bowlers, especially Kuldeep Yadav (4-0-33-1) and Axar Patel, held their nerve. Needing 13 off the last over, RR managed to level the scores, thanks to Hetmyer's 15 off 9*, forcing the match into a Super Over.
Rajasthan Royals batted first in the Super Over with Shimron Hetmyer and Riyan Parag. But Mitchell Starc, bowling with nerves of steel, executed perfect yorkers and slower balls. Parag was run out in a bizarre mix-up, and Jaiswal, coming in next, suffered a similar fate. RR could only muster 11/2.
In reply, KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs took the crease for DC. Facing Sandeep Sharma, KL started with a couple and a four, bringing the equation down quickly. Stubbs then launched a mighty six over deep mid-wicket off the fourth ball, sealing the win for DC at 13/0 in 0.4 overs.
