RCB vs DC IPL 2025 Awards: Delhi Capitals continue their unbeaten run with a huge victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Thursday (April 10).
KL Rahul starred with the bat as the Capitals beat RCB with ease by 6 wickets, thus reclaiming the top spot in the table.

RCB batted first and posted a total of 163 for 7 in their 20 overs. The innings witnessed a promising start but was later hindered by a middle-order collapse. Tim David's late surge was instrumental in reaching a competitive score. Vipraj Nigam and Kuldeep Yadav were excellent with the ball and picked up two wickets each.
The Capitals lost wickets early and were tottering at 58 for 4 at one stage. But it was a special KL Rahul magic which took them over the line with relative ease. Rahul scored a fantastic knock at his home ground, remaining unbeaten on 93 runs. Tristan Stubbs also played a crucial part and the duo won the match at a canter.
Rajat Patidar (RCB Captain): I think the way we saw the wicket, it was quite different, we thought it was a nice batting wicket, but we didn't bat well. I don't think so (if the batters were overconfident), every batter was in a good frame of mind, showing proper intent. But it wasn't acceptable to go from 80 for 1 to 90 for 4, we have a good batting line-up, but we need to assess the situation. That has been positive, the way Tim David accelerated was amazing, the bowling in the powerplay was special. We aren't thinking about our away record, but we just need to play good cricket and keep it simple.
Axar Patel (DC Captain): Its great we have won four matches out four. The way the team is playing and the players are looking in confidence, hence very happy. I wanted not to bowl fast bowlers as RCB like them, hence tried to bowl spinners in the powerplay. The ball was turning and although the 19th over didn't go our way, we have won. Kuldeep is a veteran but his consistency is amazing at such a stage as IPL. But I would like to talk about Vipraj. He struggled in the first match but the way he has comeback in the last two matches is amazing. He wanted to bowl the 18th over and that's huge for a captain. KL Rahul makes things easy for a captain. I know its not easy to change batting positions but the way he has been honing the role is amazing. He played a mature innings and took us home. He is carrying the form from the Champions Trophy.
