After a losing start to IPL 2025, the Mumbai Indians players have taken a detour in their IPL plans.
Suryakumar Yadav led MI in the absence of Hardik Pandya and they suffered a loss against Chennai Super Kings in their IPL 2025 opener at MA Chidambaram Stadium on Sunday, and the next day they were seen at the coastal city of Jamnagar in Gujarat.

The Mumbai Indians boys surprised the entire Jamnagar when they reached at the airport on Monday (March 24). A video released on social media saw Rohit Sharma, Kieron Pollard and others emerging out of the airport in Jamnagar, which was a shock.
Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav and the entire MI contingent was captured at the special destination and that has fueled interest among the fans.
It is being said that the trip to Jamnagar has been taken for a team bonding session. The Mumbai Indians players are expected to spend quality time for a couple of days in Jamnagar before their next assignment in the IPL.
The Ambanis, the owners of MI, have multiple destinations in Jamnagar and the team is expected to stay at one of the luxurious facilities and enjoy leisure time, probably a break from the cricket routines.
The Mumbai Indians players reached Jamnagar on Monday, which means that the players will be spending at the destination, at least till Wednesday. It is expected that they will be heading towards the next destination on Thursday, which will be Ahmedabad. The five-time IPL champions take on Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Saturday (March 29).
