Twelve players from Bangladesh have made the final cut of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 Mega Auction players list, which was released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India on Friday (November 15).
A total of 574 players have made the final list for the upcoming IPL 2025 Mega Auction, scheduled to be held on November 24 and 25 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Among the 574, 366 are Indian players and 208 are overseas.

Among the 208 foreign players, 12 will be from India's neighbours Bangladesh with the list featuring a couple of players with enough IPL experience. Veteran all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and pacer Mustafizur Rahman lead the dozen of Bangladeshis that have made the auction players list.
Mustafizur, who played for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2024, has registered himself at the highest base price of Rs 2 Crore, while Shakib, who has played across franchises in earlier editions, comes into the auction with a reserve price of Rs 1 Crore.
The senior all-rounder will be joined by the rising all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz and pacer Taskin Ahmed in the Rs 1 Crore price bracket. The remaining players from Bangladesh enter the auction with a base price of under Rs 1 Crore.
Experienced wicketkeeper-batter Litton Kumer Das comes into the auction with a base price of Rs 75 Lakh, alongside pacers Shoriful Islam, Tanzim Hasan Sakib, Hasan Mahmud and Nahid Rana.
Spinner Rishad Hossain, all-rounder Mahedi Hasan and batter Towhid Hridoy have also made the final players list, having registered with the base price of Rs 75 Lakh each. Skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto is the most noticeable absentee among the Bangladesh players in the IPL Auction.
