SRH vs MI: Mumbai Indians delivered a clinical all-round performance to beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 7 wickets in their IPL 2025 clash at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. The match's turning point came early, as veteran pacer Trent Boult dismantled SRH's top order with a fiery spell that earned him figures of 4 for 26.

Opting to bowl first after winning the toss, MI were off to a dream start when Boult dismissed Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma in successive overs.

The former MI captain delighted the Hyderabad fans - many of whom still cherish his Deccan Chargers legacy - with some exquisite strokeplay and brought up his second consecutive IPL 2025 half-century. He received a rousing cheer upon his arrival and again as he walked off after anchoring the chase.

Suryakumar Yadav's brisk unbeaten 40 ensured MI cruised to victory in just 15.4 overs, boosting their net run rate in the process. This dominant win not only strengthens MI's playoff hopes but also highlighted their bowling depth and top-order firepower.
