Royal Challengers Bengaluru have announced the signing of Zimbabwe pacer Blessing Muzarabani for the remainder of the IPL 2025 season.
Muzarabani has been roped in as a replacement for Lungi Ngidi, as the South Africa speedster will not be available for the playoffs due to national duty. He has been signed for a fee of Rs 75 lakh, and is expected to play a part with the Bengaluru outfit as they progressed to the playoffs.

Blessing Muzarabani, born on October 2, 1996, is a prominent right-arm fast-medium bowler known for his towering height of 6 feet 8 inches and his ability to generate steep bounce and pace.
He began his cricket journey at the age of seven at Takashinga Cricket Club in Highfield, Harare, where his talent was nurtured. His early promise led to his selection by Tatenda Taibu for the Rising Stars Academy, which toured England in 2017.
Muzarabani made his Test debut for Zimbabwe against South Africa in 2017. He debuted in ODIs against Bangladesh in 2018, and in T20Is against Afghanistan in the same year as well. After a brief stint with Northamptonshire in England under a Kolpak deal, he returned to Zimbabwean cricket following the end of the Kolpak system due to Brexit.
