The franchise has signed New Zealand pacer William O'Rourke as his replacement for ₹3 crore, as it was announced on Thursday (May 15).

O'Rourke, a promising fast bowler from New Zealand, is known for his sharp pace and bounce off the deck. The tall right-arm quick has already represented New Zealand across formats and is now set for his maiden IPL stint. LSG will be hoping he can bring fresh energy to their bowling unit as they push for a playoff berth in the closing stretch of the season.

Mayank Yadav's Absence a Major Blow

Mayank's exit comes as a significant blow for the franchise. He had created a buzz during the previous season with his express pace, consistently clocking speeds over 150 kmph.
