IPL 2026: 5 WAGs To Watch This Season, From Anushka Sharma To Charulatha Remesh

IPL 2026 is about roaring stadiums, fierce rivalries, and unforgettable performances. Yet the league always carries another quiet storyline that fans follow with curiosity. The partners and spouses of cricketers often become familiar faces in the stands, celebrating every run and standing strong during difficult phases.

The 19th edition of the Indian Premier League will run from March 28 to May 31, 2026, featuring 10 teams and 84 matches across India, with Bengaluru hosting both the opening ceremony and the final as defending champions.

IPL 2026 5 WAGs To Watch This Season From Anushka Sharma To Charulatha Remesh

As the cricket carnival begins, several relationships surrounding star players are drawing attention. From Virat Kohli's wife Anushka Sharma to Ishan Kishan's girlfriend Aditi Hundia, here are five women fans are likely to see cheering from the stands throughout IPL 2026.

Ishan Kishan and Aditi Hundia

Ishan Kishan's relationship with Jaipur based model Aditi Hundia has slowly grown into one of cricket's widely discussed partnerships. Rumors first began during IPL 2019 when Hundia was spotted cheering for Kishan from the stands. Over time, their social media interactions and photographs together strengthened the speculation.
The relationship received major attention in early 2026 when Kishan's grandfather Anurag Pandey publicly acknowledged Aditi during a media interaction, effectively confirming the bond. After India's T20 World Cup 2026 victory, the couple celebrated together and photos from the moment quickly circulated online.
Hundia, born January 15, 1997, is a Femina Miss India 2017 finalist and Miss Diva 2018 winner. With more than 270 thousand Instagram followers, she works as a fashion influencer and frequently attends Kishan's matches, supporting him during both IPL and international games.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma remain one of India's most recognizable celebrity couples. Their journey began in 2013 during a Reebok advertisement shoot, and the relationship soon became public in 2014 despite early resistance from some family members.
The couple married on December 11, 2017 in Italy, choosing a private ceremony away from heavy media attention. Today they share two children. Their daughter Vamika was born in 2021, and their son Akaay arrived in 2024. The family spends significant time in London, maintaining a relatively private lifestyle.

Sanju Samson and Charulatha Remesh

Sanju Samson's story with Charulatha Remesh began long before international fame. The two met at Mar Ivanios College in Thiruvananthapuram, and their relationship reportedly started after Samson sent Remesh a Facebook friend request.

Despite belonging to different religious backgrounds, Samson being Christian and Remesh Hindu, they married on December 22, 2018 in Kovalam, Kerala under the Special Marriage Act. The couple prefers a quiet life and has no children as of March 2026.

Following India's T20 World Cup 2026 victory, where Samson was named Player of the Tournament, he shared emotional messages thanking Remesh for her unwavering support. Remesh, an entrepreneur, has also defended Samson from online criticism and continues to cheer him during matches.

Rinku Singh and Priya Saroj

Kolkata Knight Riders batter Rinku Singh is engaged to Priya Saroj, a lawyer and Samajwadi Party Member of Parliament from Uttar Pradesh. Their engagement took place on June 8, 2025 during a private ceremony in Lucknow, attended by several figures from cricket and politics.

Saroj, born in 2000, is the daughter of Samajwadi Party MLA Tufani Saroj and won the Machhlishahr Lok Sabha seat in 2024. Her relationship with Singh has drawn attention because it connects two very different public worlds, cricket and politics.

Rinku Singh is expected to marry Priya Saroj in June 2026, months after their engagement ceremony took place on June 8, 2025 in Lucknow. The couple had initially planned to tie the knot toward the end of 2025, but the wedding was pushed back because Singh's international and franchise cricket commitments left little room in the calendar. Their relationship continues to draw public attention as it bridges cricket and politics. Recently, in March 2026, Singh and Saroj were also seen attending Kuldeep Yadav's wedding celebrations, where the couple appeared together during the festivities, further confirming that the big day for them is now expected later this year.

Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika Chadha

Kuldeep Yadav's personal life is also reaching an important milestone during the IPL season. The Delhi Capitals left arm wrist spinner has married Vanshika Chadha, his childhood friend from Kanpur, on March 14, 2026 in Mussoorie.
Chadha works with the Life Insurance Corporation of India and has largely stayed away from public attention.

The couple grew up in neighboring areas of Kanpur before their friendship gradually turned into a romantic relationship.

They became engaged on June 4, 2025 in Lucknow during a private ceremony attended by close family members and teammates including Rinku Singh. Wedding festivities began with Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies on March 13, followed by the main wedding in Mussoorie. A grand reception will take place on March 17 at Hotel Centrum in Lucknow, where several Indian cricket stars are expected to attend.

The 2026 Indian Premier League, also called TATA IPL 2026, will be the 19th edition of the tournament. It will feature 10 teams competing across 84 matches from March 28 to May 31, 2026. Royal Challengers Bengaluru enter the season as defending champions after winning their maiden title in 2025.
The league continues to expand. The IPL Governing Council confirmed that the tournament will remain at 84 matches for 2026 and 2027, with plans to move toward 94 matches from 2028 when the full double round robin format returns.
Matches will be played across multiple venues, including Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Eden Gardens in Kolkata, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, and Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, among others.
