The BCCI announced the full list of players who will be going under the hammer in the IPL 2025 mega auction on Friday (November 15).
The mega auction is set to take place in Jeddah on November 24 and 25 respectively as the coveted tournament enters a new cycle.

With 204 slots up for grabs, including 70 for international talent, the IPL 2025 auction presents numerous opportunities for players to secure their place in the league. Notably, 81 of these players have set their reserve price at the highest bracket of INR 2 Crore, reflecting their confidence and the high stakes involved. This diverse group of athletes, both seasoned and newcomers, underscores the depth of talent available for teams to enhance their line-ups.
A total of 574 players are shortlisted for the auction and 81 of them have a base price of Rs 2 crore. There are a total of eight base prices in this year's mega auction.
England's Jos Buttler is the no. 1 placed player in the list who has a base price of Rs 2 crore. Apart from that, there are many Indian stars who have set their base price at Rs 2 crore - Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant, and Arshdeep Singh to name a few of them.
Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer - the trio left their franchise after leading them last season and all of them have put their base price at Rs 2 crore. Afghanistan spinner Mujeeb ur Rahman, pacer Naveen ul Haq have also placed themselves in the Rs 2 crore category. Australia legend David Warner, pacer Josh Hazlewood are also going to be in the auction with the highest bracket of price.
