Gujarat Titans have come back to winning ways after their DC anomaly with a dominant win over Rajasthan Royals on Friday (May 5) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
The Titans secured a resounding 9-wicket victory and now further consolidate their place at the top with 14 points in 10 matches. Rajasthan Royals, who lost their second match in a row, stay 4th in the table with 10 points.

The Titans made light work of a 119-run target set by Rajasthan Royals as the defending champions romped home with a commanding nine-wicket win in a one-sided Indian Premier League match here on Friday.
RR were bundled out for just 118 runs at home after choosing to bat first. A complete batting collapse with some self-made disasters pegged them back big time. Captain Sanju Samson (30 off 20 balls) was the only player who showed some authority with bat, as the next highest scorer was Trent Boult (15 off 11 balls).
The Afghan spin duo of GT were the star with the ball for them. Noor Ahmad (2/25 in 3 overs) and Rashid Khan (3/14 in 4 overs) were excellent for them and were the main architects of RR's downfall.
After bundling Rajasthan Royals out for a mere 118 in 17.5 overs, a 71-run resolute opening stand between Shubman Gill (36) and Wriddhiman Saha (41 not out off 34 balls) set the platform for the huge victory, which was also accomplished with captain Hardik Pandya's brisk 15-ball 39 not out (3x4s, 3x6s).
Gujarat Titans finished at 119 for one in 13.5 overs, winning with 37 balls to spare. They will be up against Lucknow Super Giants while the Royals take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in their next game, both on Sunday (May 7).
