Irfan Pathan revealed the face of his wife Safa Baig for the first time on social media on the occasion of his 8th marriage anniversary on Saturday, February 3.
Irfan Pathan, who has 4.7 millions Instagram followers, had made 1824 posts since joining Instagram, but had never shared a single picture revealing the face of his wife.

"Infinite roles mastered by one soul - mood booster, comedian, troublemaker, and the constant companion, friend, and mother of my children. In this beautiful journey, I cherish you as my wife. Happy 8th my love," wrote Pathan alongside the picture.
In the picture, Irfan Pathan's Arab wife can be seen holding the former all-rounder with affection at a private function. Pathan is looking dapper in his dark blue Kurta Pajama. The picture got close to 5 lakh likes in just 15 hours.
Safa Baig is the daughter of Farooq Baig, a prominent businessman from Saudi Arabia. She was a model before marrying Irfan Pathan in 2016. Safa is also into nail arts and was a professional nail artist back in Jeddah.
Safa Baig is 10 years younger than 39-year-old Irfan Pathan. She also worked as a PR professional in the Middle East. Irfan and Safa first met reportedly in 2014.
Irfan Pathan is an active commentator after retiring from all forms of cricket in 2020. He recently backed out-of-form batters Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer.
"A senior player like Virat Kohli's absence is a massive factor. Over that KL Rahul is also injured. So the team management has plenty to think about. They need to think whether to give a chance to a new player straight away or wait a bit," Pathan said on the sidelines of the launch of Asian Legends League as quoted by PTI.
"There is no doubt that these two boys (Gill and Iyer) haven't performed for quite some time now but it is not that they have never performed."
India lost the first Test match against England by 28 runs despite taking a 190-run lead. They are looking to bounce back with a win in the second Test to level the 5-Test series 1-1.
