New Delhi, Feb 9: Close on the heels of engagement of Ravindra Jadeja and marriage of Irfan Pathan, there seems to be a bad news from cricketer Virat Kohli's side.

According to a report in cricketcountry.com, "After a week of uncertainty, it has now emerged that Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli, and his girlfriend, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma have officially called off their relationship. The news emerged on Sunday that the couple has officially announced their separation and will focus on their respective careers hereon."

If reports are to be believed then Virat Kohli is nursing a broken heart as the Indian Test skipper recently uploaded a selfie on Instagram with caption, "Heartbroken."

But, after some time he deleted the same image. After Kohli deleted the image, the fans reacted which forced the Indian Test skipper to re-post the image.

Kohli posted the snapshot again and wrote, "Feels like I committed a crime deleting this picture. Haha sorry guys ????. Here it is again (sic)."

The apparent reason of break up is said to be disagreement between the two about marriage.

A source was quoted as saying in a BollywoodLife.com report, "Yes, marriage was the point of disagreement between the couple. However, it wasn't a sudden decision. Both Anushka and Virat have been considering it for some time now. While Anushka is busy working, Virat is clearly not over her. Not as yet."
