Majhi Mumbai captain Vijay Pawle delivered a stellar performance, leading his team to their fourth straight victory in ISPL 2025.
His four-wicket haul earned him the Man of the Match award against Srinagar Ke Veer, strengthening his team's position at the top of the table.

Majhi Mumbai, now with four wins in four matches, sit at the top of the points table and are looking extremely dangerous. And after the victory over Srinagar, Pawle spoke and credited his teammates for their all-round contributions.
"Every player is performing well in bowling, batting, and fielding. As a captain, I don't feel pressure because everyone is taking responsibility," Pawle said.
He also highlighted the team's strategic approach, explaining how they analyze opponents to plan field placements and bowling tactics.
"We study each team's gameplay and adjust our strategy accordingly. Our coaches and support staff guide us, and that's helping us succeed," he added.
Majhi Mumbai's success has come from a well-balanced effort across departments and the captain is extremely happy with the way each players has been playing their part.
He emphasized the importance of team unity and hard work. "We practice whenever we get time, and our coaches are guiding us well. The players are following instructions and improving. We just need to stay confident and keep playing as a team," he said.
Pawle also took a moment to remember his late father, who passed away a few months ago.
"I miss my father a lot. He was very attached to me," he shared. Despite the personal loss, he remains motivated by his family's support.
"My wife and child have high expectations, and I'm trying to make them proud. I also want to thank my fans for their constant support," he concluded.
