The magic of Jasprit Bumrah transcends the 22 yards in a cricket stadium. For those who love the speedster, the emotions over the last two days have been mixed and magical.

Bumrah is a match-winner but from here on, his workload has to be managed. It would make sense he is kept under wraps till the Test series in England. If the BCCI is serious, he should not even play for Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2025. Did not Mumbai Indians keep Jofra Archer in their side as a tourist for two IPL seasons when he was injured. So, cold facts, protect and preserve BOOM or it is doom.
