
The two-day-long KCC Tournament has started in Bengaluru. The Kannada Chalanachitra Cup (KCC) this year has roped in some big cricketing names across the world.
Former Royal Challengers Bangalore and West Indies batter Chris Gayle is one of the flagship players and he starred in the first match at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Friday.
Gayle, who is part of the Hoysala Eagles, played a brilliant unbeaten knock of 59 off just 23 balls, helping his team to win over Wodeyar Chargers. The Hoysala Eagles chased down the 106 runs and won their match comfortably.
Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep is also a part of the team as they have made a winning start to the tournament.
