Kedar Jadhav's father was found hours after being reported missing from his home in Pune on Monday, the local police told news agency PTI. As per a complaint filed by the cricketer, 75-year-old Mahadev Jadhav went missing from their home in Kothrud after leaving for a morning walk and was last spotted exiting the gate of their housing complex.

As per Kedar Jadhav's complaint at Alankar police station, his 75-year-old father suffers from dementia. Mahadev Jadhav was found in Mundhwa area, the official said. "His condition is fine and he has been reunited with his family," Senior Inspector Ajit Lakde of Mundhwa police station said.
Mahadev was employed as a clerk with the Maharashtra State Electricity Board until his retirement in 2003.
Kedar Jadhav represented India in 73 One-Day Internationals and has been playing for the Maharashtra Ranji team since 2007. The 38-year-old cricketer, who made his India debut in 2014, last played in the national colours in ODIs back in 2021. He is yet to retire from international cricket.
The veteran cricketer also went unsold at the 2022 auction and didn't register his name for the 2023 edition. He played in all editions of IPL before that since 2010, beginning his career with now-rechristened Delhi Daredevils in two separate stints, now-defunct Kochi Tuskers, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad, for whom he also made his last appearance in 2021.
