KKR batter makes LSG issue an apology to singer Kailash Kher? Revealed

IPL is done and dusted for almost a month now. But there are ample ways to still be involved with the tournament and the teams courtesy of social media.

Often the social media posts make us laugh with our hearts out, and recently a trending video shared by KKR captain Shreyas Iyer has been making rounds across various social media platforms.

Shreyas Iyer LSG

Shreyas Iyer, the KKR captain recently tried on a different version of himself. The batter is known for his flawless batting and has been a top performer for India in the recent past. Although a back injury has kept him out till March, a fit Iyer is expected to make the India squad for the ODI World Cup.

But in a recent video, Iyer showcased his singing talent on social media. Iyer, along with a few more players tried the Kailash Kher-sung song Saiyaan. The song is a beautiful track sung by Kher, and has been popular as several non-trained people have tried to make social media reels on that.

Iyer even tried the same and got some mischievous players alongside to accompany him. Delhi Capitals player Aman Khan, Mumbai Indians youngster Hardik Tamore and LSG player Suryansh Shedge were in the video and gave their voice to follow the trend.

LSG shared the singing video and made a hilarious apology post to Kailash Kher on Twitter.

"We're sorry, Kailash Kher," the Twitter post wrote.

It is safe to say that Iyer will fare better at the crease scoring runs, rather than with a microphone at a gig. The batter missed out on the entire IPL 2023 campaign and underwent back surgery in London.

He is currently at NCA continuing his rehabilitation and is expected to make a return to the squad by Asia Cup, which starts in September. Although there are reports that the player is still getting bothered with his back issue, he looks on course to make a return soon.
