Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will look to carry the winning momentum when they host Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in a rescheduled match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Tuesday (April 8).
Ajinkya Rahane-led KKR head into the match on the back of a thumping 80-run victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad in Kolkata, while Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) also are fresh from a thrilling 12-run win against Mumbai Indians in Lucknow.

KKR, who have won 2 and lost 2 so far this season, dominated last season’s runners up SRH in the recent encounter by defending 200 on their home turf with both their batting and bowling unit firing on the night.
LSG, on the other hand, had responded to the defeat to Punjab Kings in their first home match of the season by defending 203 against the five-time champions Mumbai Indians in their most recent game at the BRSABV Ekana Stadium in Lucknow.
Now, KKR and LSG will to remain in the win column when they lock horns for the sixth time in IPL history and for the third time at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Here is a look at the KKR vs LSG head to head numbers:
