A pull on the first ball of the 15th over from Mohsin Khan for a four towards deep square leg, and then a massive six over midwicket. He moves to 82 with that 98 metre six. KKR momenst away from a big win. KKR need six from 30 balls.
Yash Thakur bowled a wide to start the 14th over and then leaked two back-to-back biundaries. One over cover, and then through fine leg. A third boundary for the opener in the cover region brings up 100-run partnership off 71 balls between Salt and Iyer. 16 from the over. KKR: 143/2 in 14 overs.
None for 47 runs from four overs. A forgettable debut for Shamar Joseph. 14 from his final over as Shryas Iyer guides the final delivery of the 13th over for a boundary towards deep third man. KKR: 127/2 in 13 overs. 35 needed off 42 balls.
Another ball on the leg and another four towards the fine leg region. This time off Shreyas Iyer's bat. LSG bowlers have been very indisciplined. Shamar Joseph will have a lot to learn. He bowls a big wide on the leg to follow the pervious delivery. KL Rahul looks very unhappy.
Kolkata easily going towards the 162-run target. A four towards fine leg to end the 12th over from Mohsin Khan. Pulled away with easy and he is now batting on 57 off 34. KKR: 113/2 in 12 overs.
26-ball fifty for Phil Salt. Full from Arshad and Salt gets down nicely before giving everything behind his shot through backward point. This is Salt's second fifty of the season, both at home. The boundary also took KKR past 100. KKR: 101/2 in 10 overs.
First ball of the 10th over from pacer Arshad as Iyer cuts it fine through backward point for a four. Later an inside edge goes past the boundary rope for another four.
Three boundaries in last four boundaries played by Shreyas Iyer. First ball of the ninth over from Ravi Bishnoi pulled over fine leg for a four.
An eventful 7th over from Joseph. Umpire gave Iyer out before the the third-umpire overturned the decision and denied Shamar Joseph his first wicket in the IPL. Then a dropped catch at deep square leg goes over the boundary rope for a six. Salt completes the 10-run over with a double. KKR: 68/2 in 7 overs.
Yash Thakur welcome with back-to-back boundaries on the off-side from Phil Salt who looks in the mood tonight. He has raced to 30 off 16. After the end of powerplay, KKR are batting at 58 for the loss of two wickets. Shreyas Iyer: 5* off 10.
Just five from the second over of Shamar Joseph. Good recovery from the youngster. Just gift one gift of Iyer. The KKR captain dispatched the delivery on the legs fine for a boundary. KKR: 49/2 in 5 overs.
Second wicket for Mohsin Khan. He has dismissed Angkrish Raghuvasnhi for seven off six. Edge the delivery into the gloves of the keeper. Anjum Chopra reckons that the youngster should have left the delivery for the keeper. This was a short delivery from Mohsin angling away from the right-hander. LSG: 44/2 in 4 overs.
Krunal Pandya leaks 14 runs in his first over. Three consecutive boundaries for Phil Salt. The first one hammered over Krunal's head, then through square leg and the last one in the gap between mid-off and extra cover. KKR: 42/1 in 3 overs.

Not to forget, he went for 10 runs in the first over. The LSG batting unit could never pick up. Even though LSG have lost just thrice while defending, KKR are in a strong position after the end of first innings. LSG have never lost a match while defending a 160-plus total.

Starc gets the wicket of Pooran on the first delivery of the 20th over. This wasn't a wicket delivery, and Starc also has a smile on his face. Wide outiside off, and Pooran ended up edging the delivery into the hands of keeper salt while trying to chase it. Lucknow six down. Pooran goes for 45 off 32.
Two boundaries on the first four deliveries of the 19th over from Rana. He will face the first ball of the final over. LSG: 155/5 in 19 overs. Pooran: 45* off 31
Back-to-back sixes for Pooran in the 18th over. Both on the leg side, and both using the pull. The second one finer over backward square leg. Reckon Pooran and Badoni should bat up the order for LSG. 18 from the 18th over from Vaibhav Arora. LSG: 144/5 in 18 overs.
In the arc from Rana, and Pooran showcases a beautiful bat swing to send the ball flying over long-on. LSG would need many like this. Onus on Pooran, and he is looking to do the job for his team. LSG: 126/5 in 17 overs.
Sunil Narine finisshes his four-over spell with figures of 1/17. Top performance by the off-spinner. KKR would be hoping for an equally handy performance with the bat from him in the second innings.
Ayush Badoni also has to depart for 29 off 27. Sunil Narine gets his first wicket. Badoni got down on his knee to sweep this over backward square leg, but a top-edge mars his plan. Good catch by Raghuvanshi patrolling the region. LSG: 111/5 in 14.4 overs.
Full toss from Charavarthy and Pooran punishes the leg-spinner with a six over mid-wicket.
Marcus Stoinis also gone for 10 off 5. Varun Chakravarthy strikes this time. Inside edge on the pads and then a smart work from Salt who takes a good catch after the deflection. Stoinis was looking to work the wrong'un towards on side. LSG: 95/2 in 12 overs.

Just 15 runs from the last three overs! Four singles from Sunil Narine's second over. The West Indies legend might not be among wickets but he has been economical with the ball and fearsome with the bat. LSG: 64/2 in 9 overs.
Two silent overs for LSG. Five from the seventh over, and the six from Harshit Rana's second over. LSG: 60/2 in 8 overs.
