Punjab Kings are set to lock horns with Kolkata Knight Riders in a crucial IPL 2024 match Today (April 26) at the Eden Gardens.
With 4 points in eight matches, PBKS are sitting 9th in the table and will have to win all of their last six group stage matches to qualify for the playoffs.

Punjab Kings have played decently in patches but have failed to get over the line on multiple occasions. Their foreign stars have underperformed and despite the heroics of the uncapped Indian players, they have fallen short this season.
Along with that, the unavailability of captain Shikhar Dhawan has been another massive blow for the Kings.
The veteran player injured his shoulder during a match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 9 and has missed three matches since then. The 38-year-old has scored 152 runs in the five matches.
According to the PBKS coach Sunil Joshi, they will miss Shikhar Dhawan for the KKR match, but the Punjab captain has started practising in the nets and may be back for the match against Chennai Super Kings.
"Shikhar Dhawan was injured on the ground, we miss his batting services. He is on the road to recovery. We saw him batting at the nets. Hopefully, he is in the recovery process and will be fit for the next game," Joshi said ahead of the KKR match.
Punjab Kings will have to win all of their remainder of the matches and their captain will play a massive part in that. Even if Dhawan comes back in the next match, the PBKS skipper will have to start firing with the bat.
