KKR vs RCB: KKR vs RCB: Rinku Singh's request for a bat was denied by Virat Kohli ahead of Kolkata Knight Rider's match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Eden Garden on Sunday, April 21. Rinki Singh claimed that the previous bat given by Kohli was broken while facing a spinner.

The hilarious video shared by KKR on Sunday shows Rinku Singh informing Virat Kohli that the bat given by him got broken from the bottom end while facing a spinner. Later, the former India captain refused to give Rinku a bat, saying that he gave him a bat when KKR travelled to Bengaluru for the first-leg match between the two sides.

Virat Kohli also added that he falls short of bats himself because of Rinku Singh's habit of asking for his bat. Rinku does not give up, pleads with Kohli for a bat while pledging that he would never again break bats. Here's the hilarious exchange.

Virat Kohli is currently the leading run-scorer in the IPL 2024. The RCB star has scored 361 runs in seven matches at an average of 72.20 and a strike rate of 147.34. Rinku Singh, on the other hand, hasn't got enough opportunity to bat in the middle. He has scored 83 runs from the 51 balls he has faced.
