KKR vs SRH IPL 2024 Final Playing 11: The two old guards of the Indian Premier League will clash in the IPL 2024 Finale as Kolkata Knight Riders take on Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday (May 26).
The stage is set on the Eastern coast of Chennai, as the top two of the season will be locking horns against each other to win the title at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. KKR made their playoffs journey short as they beat SRH in the Qualifier 1 for a direct entry to the Final. The Orange Army had to grind out a victory over the Rajasthan Royals to earn their place.

As the two teams lock horns in the all-important encounter, KKR will take confidence from their record against SRH this season. The Knight Riders have won two out of two against the Sunrisers so far, and would be desperate to make it a hat-trick in the Final. For Hyderabad, the equation is to get a win of their win and clinch the title.
Kolkata Knight Riders pulled off a stellar performance in the Qualifier 1. Rahmanullah Gurbaz came into the side and did well, while Mitchell Starc shone the brightest in the crucial encounter. It was a comprehensive victory over SRH, and KKR is likely to field the same team from the last match. Sunil Narine and Andre Russell, the Caribbean duo of KKR are set to play a crucial role in the match, so will the likes of Venkatesh Iyer and Varun Chakravarthy. They don't have any injury woes and that means they will go with the exact playing 11 for the Final. It will also be a challenge for Shreyas Iyer, who will captain a franchise in the IPL final for the second time.
Sunrisers Hyderabad lost against KKR but bounced back superbly against the Royals. Shahbaz Ahmed played a crucial all-round role as an Impact Player and is likely to be in the lineup for the Final. While the likes of Heinrich Klaasen, Rahul Tripathi look certain to start, SRH would be keen to make a better start with the openers this time around. Aiden Markram is the solitary player who may be dropped, as Glenn Phillips or Marco Jansen may come into the side.
