KKR vs SRH IPL 2024 Final: Kolkata Knight Riders scripted their third IPL title with a dominant victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Final on Sunday (May 26) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
KKR won the match at a canter by 8 wickets and with a whopping 57 balls to spare, and thus ended a decade-long end to their quest for an IPL title.

SRH captain Pat Cummins won the Toss and chose to Bat first. But it was a disastrous start for them. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma departed in the first two overs and the Orange Army didn't recover from that.
Andre Russell picked up 3 wickets, Mitchell Starc and Harshit Rana got a brace each as SRH were bundled out for just 113 runs. Pat Cummins was the highest scorer for SRH with just 24 runs, while the likes of Travis Head (0), Heinrich Klaasen (16) largely disappointed.
Chasing 114 runs, Sunil Narine departed early but Rahmanullah Gurbaz and venkatesh Iyer put the foot on the peddle. Venkatesh scored a fantastic unbeaten 52 off just 26 balls. Gurbaz scored 39 and KKR chased the target down with ease within 10.3 overs to register a famous victory at the Chepauk Stadium.
