Kohli and Raina in race to set India's T20I record in South Africa series

Bengaluru, Sep 15: Virat Kohli and Suresh Raina are in the race to claim a record when India face South Africa in a 3-match Twenty20 International series starting on October 2 in Dharamsala.

The 26-year-old Kohli is the favourite to become India's first batsman in T20I cricket to aggregate 1,000 runs. He needs 28 more to reach the milestone. However, Raina is not far away as he is 53 runs away from the 1,000-run mark. It will be interesting to see who reaches there first.
