Kuldeep Yadav Wedding Details: Date, Venue, Bride Vanshika and Ceremony Plans

India spinner Kuldeep Yadav is set to begin a new chapter in his life just days after lifting the T20 World Cup 2026. The left-arm wrist-spinner will marry his childhood friend Vanshika on March 14 in Mussoorie, according to media reports.

The wedding celebrations will take place shortly after India's dominant World Cup triumph over New Zealand in Ahmedabad, where the Men in Blue successfully defended their title with a 96-run victory.

Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika will tie the knot on March 14 at a resort in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The celebrations will begin a day earlier, with haldi and mehendi ceremonies scheduled for March 13 at the same venue.

A grand reception is expected to follow on March 17 in Lucknow, which is likely to be attended by several Indian cricketers, BCCI officials and close family members.

Kuldeep's father, Ram Singh Yadav, has already extended invitations to several prominent figures, including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika's long friendship

Kuldeep and Vanshika share a long personal connection, having grown up in Kanpur.

Their homes were reportedly located just three kilometres apart, with Vanshika from Shyam Nagar and Kuldeep residing in the Lal Bungalow area. The couple have known each other since childhood.

Vanshika currently works as an employee with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).

The pair got engaged last year in Lucknow, with close friends and family attending the ceremony.

Wedding postponed due to T20 World Cup 2026

The couple had initially planned to marry in November 2025. However, the wedding was postponed due to India's busy international schedule and preparations for the T20 World Cup 2026.

With the tournament now concluded and India emerging as champions, Kuldeep is set to begin what many have described as a "new innings" in his personal life.

Kuldeep featured once during India's victorious T20 World Cup campaign. The spinner delivered a tidy performance against Pakistan in the group stage, returning figures of 1/14.

Despite limited opportunities in the tournament, Kuldeep praised the team's overall effort after the final and said the victory was the result of long-term preparation.

"It was an important victory. The tournament went very well for us and we had been preparing for it for a long time," he said.

Kuldeep also expressed happiness for teammate Sanju Samson, who enjoyed a standout campaign with the bat during the tournament.

With the World Cup secured and his wedding around the corner, the India spinner now looks set for a memorable month both on and off the field.
