Lara Bingle to take legal action against Brendan Fevola over nude photo

Melbourne, Mar 2 (ANI): Australian cricketer Michael Clarke's fiancee Lara Bingle is set to sue controversial footballer Brendan Fevola after a nude photo of her was made public.

The picture, which shows Bingle in a shower trying to cover herself with her right hand, was allegedly taken several years ago by Fevola while the pair were involved in a secret affair.

Woman's Day published the photograph, prompting Bingle to start legal proceedings.

Her manager, Max Markson, said that the model had met with lawyers and would take legal action against Fevola.

"Lara Bingle is taking legal action against Brendan Fevola for breach of privacy, defamation and misuse of her image," News.com.au quoted him as saying. (ANI)
